Mission Statement:
We are first and foremost a community of unique individuals dedicated to fostering a safe and nurturing mentorship to explore the “Art of Yoga”, which is, ultimately, the art of getting good at being yourself. To fulfill this mission, we will begin a journey both shared and personal as we delve into the diversity of what Yoga offers. Along the way, we will embrace new concepts

and re-visit old traditions while experiencing the physical, emotional, and contemplative aspects of yoga. You might find inspiration and wisdom from many guides and encouragement for growth both on and off the mat.

How do you approach your day? Is it with a sense of gratitude and wonder? Or do you worry about how things are going to be? Is the cup half full or half empty? We don't always control the events in our lives, but we can choose how to respond. Happiness is a choice we can make every day. Come practice with us; it will lighten the load!
