1-1 Coaching with me has a minimum commitment of 4 months/16 weeks!
This is not because I want to lock you into a contract or make more money off of youā¦this is also not because 16 weeks is some magical amount of time where you will reach all the goals youāve ever had!
My 1-1 coaching program is designed for a MINIMUM of 4 months.
This is not a mistake. This by DESIGN.
Fat loss, building muscle, learning to lift weights, building healthy habitsā¦
Nothing about those things is QUICK.
In fact, those things take TIME. Approaching them in a sustainable way is a steady, challenging, and rewarding process but sometimes it feels slow & tedious. Youāll need accountability (from me!!), discipline, and TIME.
16 weeks is a solid amount of time to stay steady & committed. It is a solid amount of time to see some true results & transformations. Almost every single one of my clients has chosen to continue after their first 16 weeks in one way or another - thatās just how good I am šš Just kidding but seriouslyā¦
You have to have the long haul mentality. Youāll have to learn, make lifestyle changes, and adapt to your new habits. I wonāt let you throw in the towel because you didnāt lose any weight on your first week of trying to.
Anything worth having is worth working for, friends!
