Hobby Hill Summer League - Week 8 - 5.19.26
Hi all! LaRon Harris says league is on.
Reminders: When we have lots of players on the course, please be courteous and keep up pace of play. If a card falls behind, a faster card may ask to play through. Keep it friendly, and keep it moving. PDGA rules of play and park regulations are in effect. Smoking and alcohol are prohibited in City of Gladstone parks.
General OB: On/in creek, over creek unless crossing to reach target; painted lines, parking lot, road, path, shelter, fence.

Flex-start - sign up between 3:30-5:30, with last card out at 5:30. Minimum 3, maximum 5 players per card. Faster-moving cards may ask to play through slower-moving cards.
League fees: Amateurs pay $6, $1 optional ace pot. Pros pay $10 ($10.50 if credit/debit card), includes automatic ace pot. $2/player goes to the City of Gladstone for course improvements. Cash payment is preferred. Pros get cash payout, and Ams get store credit at Nexus Disc Golf KC, North or South stores. The cash ace pot rolls over from week to week. This week, the ace pot starts at $141. All ace buy-ins will be added to the total available each week. If you hit an ace, you will be paid an equal share of the cash. One ace = ½ to player, ½ to ace pot. Two aces = 1/3 to each player, 1/3 to ace pot.
League scoring is done in UDisc. Your UDisc profile name needs to be your real name in order for you to receive your winnings. If you don’t have the ability to use UDisc, get a paper scorecard from Brett & Evan, and have a cardmate create a temporary profile for you.
All players are responsible for submitting a correct score. Please review for accuracy before finalizing. Contact Liz if corrections or DNF are needed; discuss with Brett or Evan onsite with general questions about OB, UDisc scoring, or how a hole should be played. In case of disagreement by the card, call a provisional and play out the hole both ways, then consult onsite directors and Liz before submitting a final score.
Thank you!
