I don’t like to mince words on this exercise. These are MY best tips and please enjoy me shaking m butt for you 😝!!! Also…this is a sneak peek into how I will be teaching in my next online fitness challenge (lifting, nutrition) this fall. I drive home form! Because without good form, lifting can be pointless and a waste of your time. Not to mention a huge injury risk!!
