Most of you who know me, know my heart belongs to the shelter pups. I have adopted four, and I am positive, they have rescued me right back many times over. I am currently helping out at the Independence Animal Shelter where we adopted Fynn; see photo for why we fell for him. Yeah, he fooled us with cuteness 🤦.

We all face adversity at some point in time. Remember this: Challenge Changes.

Whatever challenge aka obstacle you meet, it is there to make you grow into a better version of yourself. If we don't take on that obstacle, we don't grow, we don't change, or we do into something we don't want to be.

Injured: it will make you evaluate your training, give a point of view from the sidelines.

Trauma: you survived or you wouldn't be reading this, so you gained strength, resilience, courage.

Losing your position or job: forces you to reflect, hone your skill sets, learn a new skill, create better habits

These are just a few examples, but if you are facing a challenge or obstacle right now, ask yourself, "What is on the other side? How am I going to grow because I went through this?"
