I train different…
For me it’s always been about the challenge of my endurance, how long and hard can I push myself without doing irreversible damage.

Working out to me is like a physical form of life. It's full of obstacles, doubts, insecurities, and limitations.

It's also full of opportunities, growth, self-confidence, and perseverance.

I mean, if you're losing the game, what more do you have to lose from trying to win?..
WORKOUT:
Set a 2-minute timer with a 1-Minute break. Complete 15 DB Push Press reps with the right arm, then switch to the left arm. As soon as you finish that complete 15 Med Ball slam. You have 2 minutes to complete the full amount of reps. If you finish before the break, start over. If you don’t, where you stop of where you will continue on the next round. Complete 3 rounds.
