I will lead the group in 30 min of bodyweight movement and Anna will guide us through 30 min on the bike.

“Shoulds” just feed the (often untrue) stories we make up in our heads. They are like shame fertilizer! Yuck! What if this month instead of saying “I should” you try saying “I CAN?” Find out for yourself just how liberating it can be to cast off the “shoulds!” You in?!
