What a beautiful day to get up, meet my friends in the virtual gym and complete my 33rd program from start to finish (actually it’s more than 33 because I’ve repeated programs multiple times 😘)!

My trainer said something at the end of the workout that was so spot on! She said, “It doesn’t end here...You keep going because it’s a journey, it’s not a destination! You show up for yourself, you push play everyday, you fuel your body for the RESULTS and the LIFE that you want! It never ends!”

That was the mind shift change that took place for me over five years ago and that’s why I continue to add new programs to my accomplishment wall!

YOU CAN DO IT TOO! Keep showing up for yourself! You’re freaking worth it! ❤️

CONGRATULATIONS to all the Control Freaks in my wellness community who are finishing this weekend! You’re amazing! For my 9WCF friends who started after me, keep going and finish strong! I’m so PROUD of all of us and so grateful to be doing this along side you! 🙌🏻

I'm not sure if you know this about me, but I AM NOT A RUNNER!

Unless there's a fire, my kids need rescuing, or there's a wild animal chasing me in the mountains…you will not see me running.

I have never had the desire to RUN, but if I'm being 100% honest I have ALWAYS wanted one of those medals you get after you finish a race! 🏅 I've asked myself many times over the past five years if I thought I had it in me. If I could actually become a runner.

Well...the opportunity has presented itself and as much as it’s been a struggle to put on my running shoes, I have decided to truly CHALLENGE myself in a whole new way.

I have committed to train for a 5K!

I'm not sure this is actually something I want to do, 🤣 but I am beginning to get excited about the idea of doing something I've never done before! Mostly to prove to myself that I'm capable of doing hard things.

However, there is a catch… I NEED YOU TO JOIN ME!

I know for a fact that there is no way I can do this by myself without my tribe supporting me along the way!

I love my at-home workouts, but especially in this season of COVID and a time where the weather is cooling down a bit, I need some time outside of my house!

I’m really looking forward to this challenge, and a challenge it will definitely be!

I will train using an amazing program that combines running and cross-training.

I can't wait to see what my body can do in my first ever virtual 5K.

Here are some details:
🏃 This is a 30 day program
🏃 Filmed in English and Spanish
🏃 Strength workouts combined with running!
🏃 Can be done on the treadmill or outside
🏃 Take your trainer with you - audio or video workouts to help you get the most out of your run
🏃There are 3 calendars: one for new runners to learn to run a 5K in 30 days; one for advanced runners to help cross train and improve time and distance; and a time crunch calendar if you need to stick to 30 minutes a day!

The results we each got were amazing and it was the best I’ve felt over these past 4 1/2 years! That program was hands down my favorite program that I’ve completed from start to finish until...

I can’t believe I’ve found another program that makes me equally as excited as 80DO!

Friends, I’ve already completed (muscle burns fat) once and loved it so much that I set up a VIP group and I’m doing it again with these amazing women! We are in our final week and will be moving on to next week!

The good news for you is that I’ve decided to offer the opportunity to get into another VIP group for this program! (I’ve never done this before!) How often do we live in fear? Fear of not being good enough, smart enough, talented enough? How often do we compare ourselves to others? Perhaps underestimate our own talents and capabilities!

I spend a lot of time focusing on personal development. If you’re not sure what I mean by personal development, for me it looks like listening to motivational or inspirational podcasts, YouTube videos, self help books...
Things that I personally might need to improve on! My personal development is personal to me!

Sometimes I focus on mindset, other times it’s self love and most recently it’s been on leadership!

I’ve been filling my heart, mind, and spirit on how to become a better leader and show up as the best version of myself for ME, my family, my coaches, my team, my clients, my friends! I want to LEAD by example and every now and then FEAR tries to get in my way.

So I’ll say it again, THANK YOU Will for sharing this!

If I can’t beat fear, then I’ll just do it scared! ❤️ Stay tuned friends! I have some huge dreams I’m working towards and now seems like the perfect time to get them accomplished!

In my virtual wellness community, we focus on a variety of areas-but NUTRITION is one of THE most important things! (Which I’ve only been so-so with lately, being honest❤️ We did just return from an incredible vacation!)

I’ve spent the past 4 1/2 years striving to be a better version of myself!

A person who loves herself deeply and shares that love with everyone she comes into contact with! I openly share the changes I’ve made in my life with my health and wellness. I share what I’ve learned through personal development which has blessed my mind, body, and spirit! I share how moving my body, fueling it with the appropriate foods, and filling my heart and mind with positivity has changed my life!

I’ve spent the past two days absorbing and learning from others and I’d like to share 3 resources with you if you’re interested in learning and growing too.

My WELLNESS journey is so much more than what the number on a scale says! For me it’s all about how I FEEL, and that includes my HEART! ❤️ When my heart and mind are in the right place, everything else seems to fall into place!

USWeekly used their enormous platform to spread negativity 😢 sharing this picture of DudeWithSign (swipe left)...it’s definitely NOT the time for negativity you guys! NOT the time!

So I will use my small platform here to reverse that and tell you to always stay true to sharing parts of you that bring JOY and motivation...you are inspiring me! ❤️

I’ve been sharing my workouts long before this pandemic and I plan to continue sharing long after ✌🏼. So let’s flip the switch and show up tomorrow at 9:30 am CST as we workout together virtually! I don’t care what workout you’re doing! If it’s beachbody...great! If it’s something else...great! COVID-19 😳

I’m not sure about you all, but this weather and being stuck at home is really trying to trigger me into some old, not so healthy habits! I was just talking with one of my besties and we were teasing about how COVID-19 could be the equivalent to our freshman 15 if we’re not careful! 🤣

Anyone else finding themselves wanting to snack when they normally don’t? Perhaps taking several trips into the kitchen or pantry during the day? How about wanting to drink to numb the overwhelming feelings?

It’s taking some serious focus, self talk, and self discipline for me to not ruin the results I just got from the Ultimate Reset! 🌱

One thing that I am beyond grateful for right now is my superfoods shake! Not only does it taste like dessert, but it’s the healthiest thing I put into my body on a daily basis! It’s nutritional value is equal to eating 6 salads! Not to mention that it’s full of superfoods, vitamins, minerals, prebiotics, probiotics and so much more!!! 🙌🏻 Ummm YES Please! So many thoughts are swirling around in my head!

I’ve got questions, concerns, frustrations, sadness, worry...but also GRATITUDE.

I’m a pretty positive person and tend to look for joy in all things! (I haven’t always been this way it’s taken a lot of growth!) Last week when it seemed that everything was unraveling, when life as we knew it was drastically changing, I kept trying to look for things to be joyful for, but it was getting more and more difficult as each new cancellation was being announced. It felt so overwhelming!

When our spring break vacation to Jamaica was cancelled I knew we still needed to get away, but only to a place we could stay safe and keep those around us safe. We were fortunate enough to find an amazing cabin outside of Buena Vista to spend this week.

I’m so GRATEFUL that we’ve had the opportunity to seclude ourselves here! We’ve been able to spend time laughing, playing games, hide and seek, doing puzzles, having conversations, exploring nature, soaking in the hot tub, watching the snowfall, relaxing, and being together as a family! ❤️

This is exactly what I needed! It’s helped me feel like myself again and find JOY and GRATITUDE amongst the unknown. I’m actually looking forward to our continued family time!

Three weeks ago I decided it was time to do a cleanse and detox my body of all the stuff I had been putting in it since the holidays. You know the sweet treats, added caffeine, super bowl food...the list goes on and on! 🙈 I started to notice a change in how my clothes were fitting, but more importantly I was noticing a change in how I was FEELING!

Ever since I started my wellness journey four years ago that has been how I check in with myself! It’s not what the scale says, but has become about asking myself “HOW DO I FEEL?” When I start to notice I’m not feeling my best I need to make changes. This time I decided I needed to reset my internal setting! It was time to detox all the crap out of my system and time for me to get control again with what I was putting into my body!

I absolutely LOVE the Ultimate Reset! It truly helps me reset my body back to its original settings! I was blown away with my results!❤️

No more sugar cravings!
No need for caffeine!
I’ve slept like a baby for three weeks!
My nails and hair are growing like crazy!
My skin is so clear!

These past 21 days have helped me get back on track! I’m focused on my water intake and fueling my body again with nutritious foods! Today is a big day for me! Today is the last day of my 21 day cleanse and the day before I start a new workout program! It also happens to be the day that I completed another fitness program!

Before I started the Ultimate Reset three weeks ago I had been doing a program called Barre Blend and was 3 days away from completing it! On the reset you should refrain from doing any high intensity workouts because your body is working really hard internally to accomplish the reset. Over the past three weeks I have moved my body, but not with my normal workouts. I was able to push play on those three workouts and modified when needed. Today I completed the final workout and therefore complete another program from start to finish!

If you know me or if you’ve been following me and my wellness journey then you know that I like to celebrate the completion of a program by adding a mixtile to my accomplishment wall! There is something very powerful in proving to yourself that you can do what you’ve set out to do!

Tonight I will officially complete my 21 day cleanse, the Ultimate Reset, and I can’t wait to share my experience and results with you! You are going to be blown away with the changes that took place in just 21 days! I mean, I’m blown away and I’m the one who did it! I can’t wait to share with you tomorrow!❤️
