Come see .koehler and next Sunday (10/27) at for a boos and burpees workout!

Attendees will be taken through a HIIT style workout, with social hour to follow! Metro KC Fitness will be renting out pickleball courts for 2 hours after the event for anyone interested in playing and getting to know our community! This workout will be halloween themed, so bring your best costume for the chance at some amazing giveaways, including a gift basket, merch, tickets to and Metro KC Fitness gear!

We've recently received comments from some community members that there are too many teens in our gyms. Our response? We're happy to have them! They could be doing a lot worse then working on their mental and physical well being. Kudos to our adult members who serve as the examples, and especially to the families who exercise together at Metro KC Fitness. If you haven't figured it out yet everyone is welcome in our gyms. Hey everyone! We are bringing back Sunday Sweat to on August 4th at 10am! Come enjoy a HIIT workout with trainers Jeremy and Shane, followed by social hour, which will include 2 hours of free pickleball play on the courts. We will be donating 50% of sign up costs to Missouri Pit Bull Rescue to help support them on their mission to promote responsible Pit Bull ownership.
All fitness levels are welcome!
