KC Physiques had a great show last weekend at the Omaha Pro at CHI Health Center in Omaha, Nebraska.
-e.fit.kc placed 3rd in both Novice Class C and Open Class D respectively in two very tough classes!

Eric is one of our most relentless teammates! He stays focused and in control, no matter how difficult prep gets and the team couldn’t be more proud of what you’ve accomplished! You looked amazing and your mindset was incredible!

Big congratulations to KC Physiques Athlete Scott!

Yesterday Scott competed at the Southern States Classic and brought home lots of hardware! Placing 4th in 40+, 2nd in 50+, 5th in novice and 5th in open!

We’re so proud of him and all the hard work he put in during prep! Great work Scott!

Start and keep going. Start where you are and keep trying to get better. Little by little, you make improvements until you’re miles ahead of where you began.

We can’t believe that’s todays date either, but here we all are a full two months into 2022.
-
It happens fast and statistics show that by now MOST people have given up on the resolutions we created for the new year.
-
Use this post as a reminder:
▪️Time is going to pass. You can look back and wish you started or look back at the progress you’ve made.
▪️Goals CAN change. Look at what you set at the beginning of the year. What can be changed to make it more attainable or what circumstances have changed that need to be incorporated?
▪️It doesn’t have to be perfect. Once you start and keep consistent you’ll find the path that fits you. Making a baby step every week towards your goal is still progress!

Whether your goal is to get on stage, have a better workout routine, or just find some time for yourself. Every goal has to have a day one.

Posted • A big weekend for our Kc Physiques athletes at in Wichita, KS!
-
We had athletes make the trip to Wichita, 3 of the guys were in multiple divisions and classes.
-
As it sometimes happens we had a lot of the same classes, which meant teammates going up against each other but over all they walked away with a TON of hardware.
-
Between the 4 athletes there were 3 first place finishes, 4 second place , 3 third , 3 fourth and 1 fifth place finish!
-
Each of our teammates had their own struggles and obstacles to overcome during this prep and because of the hurdles they overcame our team couldn’t be more proud of them!

It’s almost show weekend again!

This weekend, KC physiques will have four athletes competing at the NPC All-Star championships in Wichita, Kansas.
-
We’re ecstatic to see some of these athletes for the first time and others will be making a return to the stage!

While Eric is a newer addition to the team he’s not new to our family! Eric worked at Flex while Coach ran the building, so he’s been around for a couple years!
-
Eric is a mindset monster. Always pushing harder, complaining less, and helping others along the way. A great trainer, even better friend and a dash of football talk in there - he’s a amazing addition to the team. We can’t wait until he competes!

You can dread Monday, or you can make it the jump off point to your amazing week. YOU Decide.

Posted • Stop running from it. Stop hiding from it. Pressure defines who we are, and who we can become.

Pressure gives you the opportunity to do something great. It allows you to separate from everyone who can’t and won’t deal with it.

Because if you can handle pressure and criticism and pain, if you can learn to focus on the result instead of always focusing on the difficulty… you can chase Winning, fight for it, and defend your right to catch it.
