Honored to share with the & program earlier today!
Teaching and empowering young men to better understand who they are, how they are influencing others, when to ask for help, what they are capable of is one of the greatest honors of my life and gives me greater meaning than any award or monetary amount.
It’s about creating a space for others to authentically be themselves, to be given substance not motivation, and to be challenged not coddled.
It takes courage to show up, day after day, but I don’t pray for a life of ease, but rather a life of use.
