Potter's Playground Potter's Playground is an equine training facility w/ a number of obstacles to help you train the horse and rider for trails or extreme cowboy competitions

Potter's Playground is a 50 acre property in Kansas City (between Raytown and Lee's Summit) that includes groomed trails and primitive areas. We have pastures, dry lots, a round pin, and over 50 in place obstacles (both man made and natural) to challenge both horse and rider. We have a shelter house, fire pit, horseshoe pits, grills, and a porta-potty. Visitors are welcome to fish from the proper

ty's 3 ponds. Use of the facility is by appointment only at a daily rate. Group outings will be discounted. Rental of the shelter house for parties and overnight camping are available. Rates will be posted in the Spring of 2014. Obstacle clinics, as well as an introduction to mounted shooting, will be scheduled in the Spring also. Watch the Events tab for updates. Potter's Playground can offer opportunities for everything from c**t breaking to horse tune-ups through partnerships with local and respected horse trainers. ~~~All riders must show current proof of negative coggins for their horse upon entering the ranch.
~~~All youth riders under the age of 18 must wear approved head gear.
