There is an opportunity with LEGiT KC program .

LEGiT KC is a free summer program (five half-day meetings plus an orientation session where we help them set up their LinkedIn) for rising junior and senior high school girls that gives them hands-on exposure to tech careers through visits with some really great KC companies. They are looking for curious, motivated young women who want to explore what's possible.

Orientation session is June 11

* Thursday, June 25 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Garmin in Olathe, Kansas
* Thursday, July 9 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Lightedge in Kansas City, Missouri
* Thursday, July 16 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at VML in Kansas City, Missouri
* Friday, July 24 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. | Graduation from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Cboe Global Markets in Overland Park, Kansas (note: only session occurring on a Friday)

KC Tech Council is the best place to find a member or business in the Kansas City MO area.
