Northeast Knights Wrestling

Northeast Knights Wrestling We are a Kansas City,MO urban core youth wrestling program. The kids age range is from 6 to 14 years We are a youth wrestling program that started in 2014.

We are located at Whittier Elementary School at 11th and Bales Avenue. Head coach Micah Gardner is a 9 time Missouri State Champion and is in the Missouri Wrestling Hall of Fame. He has coached wrestling for 16 years now. He was also Coach of the Year, 2016 for District 1. Our coaches; Mikey & Steve Schneider, Brett Shoffner, Todd Hicks and William Gardner have multiple titles and over a century o

f combined experience. At this time we receive 0 financial assistance, only personal donations from parents and friends. We run on a "give what you can" basis and we do not turn kids away for inability to pay. We are always taking wrestling shoe and wrestling clothes donations. Thank you for your interest in us and our local kids.

If you have a school-aged student in need of breakfast and lunch this summer (or know of someone who does), simply text “FOOD” to 877877 and receive a message back with a location closest to where they can get free summer meals. Even if you aren't in need, someone else's kids are.

No child deserves to go hungry, ever.
This is a nationwide program (run by No Kid Hungry) so please re-post for all of the children who are struggling to get enough food.

I personally just tried this and it does work. It chose Holy Cross on St. John Avenue for me :)

This could be your next door neighbors or your child's best friend! Some kids only eat in school.. And summer time they are not in school.. So they go hungry. Please pass this on..🍎
