What an amazing weekend it was at the Sh**un International Federation Traditional Gregarious Extravaganza Martial Arts Seminar. I trained with some incredible martial artists. It was great to reconnect with old teachers and friends and to meet new people from different backgrounds.

In this video, I’m training with the phenomenal martial artist and world karate champion Billy Blanks.

Our Dojo, Chago Karate International, is moving!

UPDATE: As everyone knows, we are moving into our new Dojo soon. While we are very excited, there is still a bit of work to do & moving things in after improvements with the weather forecast has also proven a bit more difficult. For those reasons, we will be postponing classes until April 8th. Classes will begin at 7540 Leavenworth Rd, Ste 170 on Wednesday April 8th!!
