A well-developed chest isn’t built with one exercise.

🔹 Incline Press → Emphasizes the upper chest (clavicular head)
🔹 Iso-Lateral Chest Press → Targets the middle portion of the chest while allowing each side to work independently
🔹 Cable Flys → Great for shortening the chest through a full range of motion and emphasizing the inner/lower fibers with constant tension

Train through multiple angles. Control the weight. Focus on quality contractions.

That’s how you build a complete chest and not just a strong bench press.
