I'm going to take a moment to brag on my girl . Ashley came to the gym when we opened in January with little experience and hefty goals. Now she walks around like she owns the place and has developed friendships with so many other members.
I am so proud of her progress, and I know nothing is going to stop her from hitting every goal she sets for herself.
I just feel so lucky to be part of her journey.

The main factor that determines if you will reach your goal - fat loss, muscle gain, athletic performance, or whatever.
Are you ready for it?
Can you guess?

Consistency.

You are what you consistently do.

You dont need a new workout every day. You dont need to chase the few diet or workout routine. You don't need a bunch of crazy supplements.

Create a plan, stick to the plan and make minor tweaks as your body adapts.

Keep it simple and keep grinding.
