Recreational sports programming is a foundational part of a healthy community. The Northland Sports Alliance does great work!

Registration runs through tomorrow for our fall sports. We offer soccer, softball and baseball. Go to nsakc.com and click on the icon for your sport. We also offer team registrations through the Team Registration page.

Practices start the week of August 26th.

Six Sevens Treadmill Winter Workout - Gary Silver of the dreamed up this effort.

8.9 is marathon pace for those interested. 6-10 sets and a set is all of that madness.
