MAGIC ✨

If you asked me when the stadium was built I’d end up being a vendor a short year later I would have been like hoowwww?? And for whattttt? And then I got a call from a new friend about this idea of a Be Well Lounge. A Mobile. Ready for big crowds. Invitation. To Be Well. Even amongst the chaos of a Mother’s Day match or (dream with me) the festival life of Coachella.. the playoff games for the chiefs.. we all deserve… no matter where we go or what event our best friend drags us to next, to be well.

It is an honor to be on the ground, building such incredible projects in so many faucets of my life.

It feels like magic. Finding your passion. Making the connections, putting in the work!

Grateful for this life and all the ups and downs it brings. Worth it for little moments of magic ✨

To kick off this ardent season, I am hosting a swap and shop soirée 🎊 fancy way of saying yard sale, but with a twist! Entry is $1 which allows you to swap with other soirée goers increasing your odds of walking away with a new treasure!

Most items priced at $1, $5, $10, $20. Everything must go and 5% of proceeds go towards the 🤘🏾

The wellness annex is the sister of and is meant to serve as the spot to for private parties, exclusive lounge events, and where wellness comes alive.

Also I do not for one moment want to over glamorize the hard work it takes to purchase a home let alone 2. Countless hours working. Code switching. Long nights of worry. Uncertainty. And a certain feeling of emptiness (emotional and more).

I hope to see this historic property prosper and be the breeding ground for more greatness 🙂‍↕️

Hate that society asks you to box yourself. My perfect day would be 430 rise, morning yoga meditation and journal, walk & gym. Photoshoot wrapped by 1030ish. Meetings and corporate events until 330 on the dot. 2 hour siesta. Teach a yoga class. Be social. Sleep.

It’s all love though! And the practice isn’t even about being flexible. However, longevity in your body is all about mobility and staying active. 💭

Just saying you see those people running in the spring and think “could never be me” and maybe it won’t ever be. 😆 because maybe you’re a yogi!

A story about March 2025: 👏🏾😤☀️🚶🏾‍♀️👩🏾‍💻😩😭🌟👩🏾‍💼😓😤🪴

Long, dedicated, emotional story later.. learned a whole lot about myself, met some dope people along the way 👏🏾 found myself in new rooms of opportunity, and tried to catch moment of laughter with my village 🖤

I’m exploring how to share these learnings and talking about them in person is always my favorite.

I hosted 5 wonderful small business owners at for a talk and yoga event. If you’d be interested in attending one lmk! Next topics something like: Talking pitch competitions, automation vs excessive development and the loss of the Human touch, and innovation in general. What are areas more innovative should be explored vs not.

Just a little brainstorming 💭

Anyway happy to be moving onward and this next chapter is sure to be filled with its own slew of interesting new experiences 🙂‍↕️
