a little preview of the last four months - despite the flu in jan & bronchitis the past couple weeks - it’s pretty pretty solid! snowboarding powder & blue bird days; almost winning $1800 at bingo (1 number away); hanging with new friends and old friends; concerts out the w***o; laughing with my love and matching for our willow walks & celebrating one year together; basking in the sunshine & starting my base layer tan..

enjoying all those small moments in between and little glimmers the universe gives me.. like when I’m having a bad day and the lady at Starbucks just so happens to put my name as “sunshine” not even realizing its significance.

back from Utah and my annual trip as a yoga & mindfulness guide has come to a close; a bittersweet feeling. my heart feels so full, my body feels strong having paddled 47 miles and my belly hurts from laughing so much. 🧨

happy international yoga day ✨

a special day — as I take the time to reflect on how much yoga has changed my life. after taking the first picture (right after graduating with my 200hr YTT 2.5 years ago) I had no idea what was in store for me. after returning home I knew I wanted to teach, but had to overcome major imposter syndrome and self doubt. I finally took the leap, crafted “my style” and have been teaching ever since. teaching fills me up with so much light and gratitude 🌞

on top of that, I had no idea that I would start to lead all women yoga retreats here in Colorado and Costa Rica! bringing yoga to people is truly my life’s dharma and I cannot wait to see what the future is going to bring. I couldn’t even begin to dream up this life — if you would’ve told me 5 years ago that I’d be here, I’d think you were insane 👀

as I lean in and trust, I know something beautiful is on the horizon. a very special thank you to those that have been on my yoga journey thus far, I am so grateful to be supported and inspired.

a little bit of may - been a bit of a whirlwind lately with life moving fast as f**k, so much uncertainty, confusion, pondering, daydreaming, hoping, wishing, vibing, laughing, crying, and just basking in it all.

unsure of what’s next, but damn does this song not get me hyped tf up & make me stoked for summertime. 💅😎 (song is “places to be by Fred again..” it doesn’t transfer over from insta lmao)

happy birthday month to me — going to be kicking my ultra training into high gear, traveling home, turning 30 with a spongebob party and hopefully laying in the sunshine more 🌞 life is good & im right where I need to be 🫡
