Exciting new opportunity coming this December at Evolve Sports Performance.... We will be offering live BP sessions for 12U, 14U, and 18U (high school) students. One of our favorite courses is coming back in December.... Leg Drive - Phase 1!! This was a well loved course this past off season and we are bringing it back with improvements! Phase 2 & 3 will be coming in the new year and you must complete Phase 1 in order to sign up, so don't miss out! This course will be 3 weeks long and meet twice a week. We will be focusing hard on leg drive and unleashing the true power in our pitches! Registration is limited to the first 6 students so get registered today!

End of Summer Beginner Pitcher Clinic coming at the beginning of August!! This will be our 3rd annual clinic and it is a great tool to help girls transitioning from coach's pitch to their first year of kid pitch. We focus on the fundamentals while still having a bunch of fun! Message us with any questions.

We were grateful to have Kerri Hilbert with us today to learn more about the mental side of the game. We learned exercises on how to help us become more confident and stronger not only on the field but in all aspects of life. Here is a small snippet of some of the knowledge she shared.

We are so excited to offer these clinics because the mental game is so important to our athletes, and it goes beyond the field, it applies to so many other aspects of our lives.
