We're grateful to have teamed up with Wilkins RV again this year for their annual food drive. Wilkins RV generously collects and donates to help local families in need during the holiday season.

H A P P Y B I R T H D A Y
P R O J E C T I R O N ! 5️⃣

It's crazy to think we started this journey 5 years ago today. We got off to a rough start, and it hasn't always been easy but we're still going and we are so truly grateful for that. We celebrated birthdays, PR's, holidays, Monday's, losses + gains. We've cheered for each other as we took on new challenges, competitions and marathons and been a place of comfort through hard days too.

We couldn't have done it without you, our members, family, friends, and community supporting us and cheering us on along the way. We appreciate you!

We are so honored to have and share the artwork of one of our very own Project Iron members! A very talented local artist recently finished up this beautiful mural in our cardio room.

The original inspiration for it was the combination of two different worlds, and also a transition from one to other. It is in honor of our mechanic family and also our new gym family.

For me, it makes me think of my Dad, the strength and beauty of his heart and his life. Thank you for bringing a little of that world to our gym space through your incredible artwork! We are truly grateful. We hope you all enjoy it as much as we do.
