Here's to hoping the pistol permit fiasco is over. Once again North Carolina legislators vote to get rid of it. Roy Cooper vetoed it the last time. Remember, that this is a racist law that was put in place back in the early 1900's to prevent free blacks from protecting themselves. The is a R***r PC 9 carbine. The customer didn't want the traditional handguard, but instead ordered an MLOC handguard similar to an AR-15. This allows a lot of real estate for lights, lasers, sights, etc. Pretty cool.
