Noon Open Mat is ON this Monday.
Evening classes are canceled as we take time to reflect, spend time with family, and remember the cost of the liberties we hopefully still have the gumption to fight to preserve.

Tomorrow’s schedule:

Early Bird Grappling (No-Gi) 7-8:30 AM – For the psychopaths that prefer violent hugging over breakfast.

Adult Beginners (No-Gi) 12–1 PM – Clear instruction. Mentally challenging rounds, but beginner-friendly. Step on the mats. Learn the concepts. Build your confidence. Rinse and repeat.

Homeschool (No-Gi) 1–2 PM – Clear instruction. Fun, focused, rolling with purpose. They’ll move, learn, and leave better than when they came in.

Kids Gi 5:30–6:30 PM – Perfect for the littler monsters. Mostly grappling-based games. Skills, games, and grappling that sticks.

Adult Gi 7–9 PM – Clear as we can make it instruction. Hard rounds. Drill, roll, push yourself.

Show up ready. Do some work. Leave better.
