🚴 5 miles in
🚶🏼 5 mile up and back
🚴 5 miles out

Adventures like this make me grateful I have a strong, healthy body to take on the challenge.

Spent the day with some Mo-Mo’s🐂

It felt so amazing to get out in the country and work with animals. I’m a city boy so this was such a cool experience working with 500-1200lb animals.
_
I learned to move them from pastures into holding pens, then in the ‘chute’, vaccinate them, then back out for grazing.
_
I have a new respect for that Ranch life but definitely want some more of it!!

We are living through a unique time where most people are feeling the challenge... the push to live a more uncomfortable life than we are used too.😬

I say lean in and find comfort and success in this time. That’s going to mean getting creative and finding new ways to go after your dream life!🛠

Such an amazing IAM Challenge this year... so much love, happiness, and hard work over the past 7 weeks together😁
_
This team was all in together from the very beginning and I believe that was a huge reason why we CRUSHED IT!
_
Here are a couple highlights:
💥Total Team pounds lost- 31.2lbs
💥Total Team inches lost- 42.5”
💥Everyone PRed in 1 or both benchmark tests!😳👊🏼
_
Each athlete had a different goal but WE were all there to support each other to the very end!
_
2020 is off to a great start⭐️💪🏼🙌🏼

⭐️Huge Success Story⭐️

Grrr, I’m not quite sure how to share the awesomeness/transformation this lady has created for her life over the past 7months of working with me... but I’m going to try my best!
_
Jesep has taken a new approach to eating and exercising which has allowed her to:
🔥loss 32.8lbs
🔥loss 7% Body Fat
💪🏼Gain more strength
❤️Learn to love her body and take each day as an opportunity to grow stronger physically and mentally.
_
As I coach I couldn’t be more proud because Jesep was willing to ignore the “diet” approach to loosing weight and took on my challenge... take smaller steps but steps you can repeat everyday!
_
This approach isn’t the sexy one because it is not an overnight fix. It’s about creating new habits and ways of thinking that will last a lifetime.
_
My goal as a coach is to empower my clients to create the change they seek in there lives.
_
