Official Announcement: The next Thrills and Skills Mountain Bike Festival is anticipated to be held in the Spring of 2027. We hope to have new trails to introduce you to, useful clinics and lots of shenanigans!

One of the funnest events of the festival was the Crazy Bike Contests. We weren't quite sure what contests would be popular. It turned out, the ones related to the Skills Clinics had the most action. Here are some photos of the Ride the Rail, Long Jump, Longest Wheelie, and Bunny Hop. Thanks to Josue Garcia for taking the bull by the horns and giving the CBC his all!

The Kanab Center Pavilion is going to be hopping with a free Fall Music Festival on Oct 24th and 25th. Here’s the line-up!

Friday 1-3pm Gr**go Tango for their first festival performance
playing soft rock covers.
3-4pm Blue Marble is an acoustic rock duet from Kanab
with a deep catalog.
4-6pm Stone Company of Kanab are multi-instrumentalists
playing originals and more in a mix of Folk, Bluegrass,
Gypsy, and Jazz.
6-9pm Runaway Fire from Hurricane will be playing all
originals in the Rock, Alternative, Pop, Funk genres.

Saturday 12-12:30pm Emily Peterson is a singer, songwriter from
Fredonia specializing in Americana
1-3pm The Paddle Out Band from Hurricane play dream
pop,alternative rock & reggae

3:30-5:30pm Gundy and the Guru’s a Kanab favorite with
their little bit of rock, a bit of Jazz, and a good dose of
crowd pleasing whatever!
6-9pm Mesozoic another Kanab favorite playing hard rock
from the 70’s and 80’s.

Food and drink vendors that will be onsite are Adria’s Beverage Garden, Blazin’ Hearth Pizza food truck, Mad Max’s Grillz food truck, and Raven’s Rest Gourmet Sodas.

Vendors and exhibitors from the Thrills and Skills Bike Festival will be set-up as well and there will be lots of entertaining bike-related activities; crazy bike contests, mountain bike movies, kid’s bike games and more!

Please leave your furry friends home as dogs are not permitted via the facility rental agreement. No outside drinks allowed. For more information visit

*Zion Cycles will have a Salsa Gravel, a Carbon Yeti Full Suspension, and a Trek Fuel EXE full suspension to demo and a variety of rentals
*Magnum will be there with their cargo and cruiser style bikes.
*Dirt Therapy will have Trek bikes available.
