I hope everyone has liked the zoom CHISEL classes. I know I’ve enjoyed getting to see all of you and teaching my classes again. I want to let everyone know that I will be picking one exercise and going over proper form and addressing common mistakes 10 minutes before class starts. If you wish to attend just login to the CHISEL class 15 minutes before the start of class.

Who wants to run for beer on March 24th???? Come join the Hawaii Brewery Running Series at Big Island Brewhaus! All participants get to enjoy local beer, swag souvenir merchandise, as well as the opportunity to enjoy the days' schedule festivities: music, food, games, raffle prizes and special giveaways.

Runners will walk/jog/run a 5k course that starts and ends at Big Island Brewhaus. Five Mountain Fitness will be leading a dynamic warm up! At the finish line, participants will enjoy a beer and event festivities. The events combine a love for being active, drinking beer, and supporting local communities. A portion of the revenue will be donated to a local non-profit!

Join us for a Hawaii Brewery Running Series 5k-ish fun run event that starts and ends at Big Island Brewhaus. No time clock, no pressure-just a really good reason to drink really good beer!
