The move of the day comes from Basi Pilates Comprehensive teacher training course created by
Rael Isacowtiz.
The exercise is Deltoid Reach, and what we mean when we say the hand should draw a straight line up from the shoulder. When pressing the arm up, it wants to press out to the side. That makes it easier! The hand should stay above the shoulder throughout the movement.
Pro Tip: Imagine trying to touch your fingers straight up to the ceiling. Take. It. Slow. Momentum is not your friend on this one.
