Our Mission is to build a stronger community one child at a time by creating a safe, healthy place to learn, grow and connect through teamwork, nutrition, training, mentorship, education, and partnerships. Our vision is to use exercise as medicine to help youth develop coping mechanisms, discipline, pride in themselves, and essential work skills that are essential to the health and well-being of o

ur youth. Our expert and degreed strength coaches provide individualized coaching and teach techniques based on current scientific evidence supported by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and USA Weightlifting. However, finding success doesn’t happen overnight. It takes dedication to a goal and consistent hard work aimed at achieving that goal. Our aim is to help you reach your full potential. We are happy to help each client see how great their potential really is and guide them along every step of the journey. As a human, your job is to believe in yourself and the goal, then commit to putting in the work required to make it a reality.

All middle school and high school athletes are invited to participate in the 2026 Youth Combine with 2026 NFL Superbowl Champ Patrick O'Connell on Saturday, April 11, at the Logan Health Performance Center.

Student athletes are welcome to test their speed, agility, strength and explosive power. Drills will be run by Logan Health Performance Center coaches. Prizes will be awarded to top finishers.

Cost:
• $15 prior to event
• $20 day of event

Schedule:
• 9-10 a.m. Middle School Athletes
• 10-11 a.m. High School Athletes

Want to boost your resume while having a blast coaching young athletes at a local and free basketball camp?

Hoop Dreams basketball camp helps kids (ages 5 to 10) to develop and enhance their basketball skills while emphasizing the importance of teamwork.
Participants are introduced to the fundamentals of basketball, including agility, dribbling, handling skills, shooting, and guarding.

Mobility Monday! In this video Coach Brett demonstrates a Couch Stretch that can be done anywhere with a couch/chair/bench. This mobility exercise is great for anyone with tight quadriceps as well as tight hip flexors. Watch the video to learn how to do it and add this to your daily mobility routine.

T Spine Mobility is something that most athletes are lacking. This is an intermediate mobility exercise that targets the thoracic spine (mid back) called the Brettzel 1.0. There are multiple variations of this but this is a good place to start.
