At Level Up Health & Fitness,

our philosophy for training others, whether 5 or 95 years old, is to treat everyone like an athlete. This means that injuries should never happen in the gym, and that your time spent training should result in everything you do outside of the gym being easier and more fulfilling. Whether your goal is to lose weight, change your physique, increase sport and athletic performance, hike further and with less pain, or even to just chase around the grandkids; our goal is to help you look, feel, and move better, no matter your starting point. To us, the study of health and fitness, the human body, it’s mechanics and movement, how to build muscle, increase flexibility, decrease pain, improve athletic performance, and improve the quality of one's life, isn’t just a career, it’s a hobby as well. It’s what we spend time on outside of our work, it’s in the videos we watch, podcasts we listen to, and books we read. You could almost say we’re obsessed with helping ourselves and others feel better than ever! Chris, at 40 years old is in the absolute best shape of his life and is stronger, faster and more flexible than ever. He has even competed in an amateur MMA fight at age 40! Cristin is also in the absolute best shape of her life, not only physically but mentally, after years of battling obesity (she has achieved weight loss of over 80lbs), eating disorders and body dysmorphia. It is an honor for us to teach others how to live a healthy lifestyle and we look forward to working with you! Consultations are always free. What is Sculpt - Really?

Level Sculpt is a strength-focused, athletic workout — not a yoga class and not a fast-fluff burn class.

In Sculpt, you’ll use light dumbbells, bodyweight, and props like sliders, bands, and blocks to move through dynamic, beat-based sequences designed to build real strength, endurance, and control.

We focus on time under tension with slower lowers, pauses, and controlled reps, and we prioritize functional movement patterns like squats, hinges, presses, rotation, and stability work — not just isolated pulses.

Your core is engaged throughout the entire class, and proper form and alignment are always emphasized to help prevent injury and maximize results.

While Sculpt draws inspiration from yoga-style sequencing and breath awareness, the emphasis is on strength, stamina, and athletic movement.

You should leave feeling strong, empowered, and accomplished — every single time.
