Blessed to come together to host a spectacular event in support of the recovery of Tony Ethridge & Rhonda Ethridge.

Tony, Rhonda, and The Lifecycles family have long been champions of health and wellness in the Kalamazoo community. Unfortunately, a severe car accident on New Year’s Eve has impacted their lives significantly. In collaboration with the Black Arts and Cultural Center, we are uniting to show our solidarity and support for them during this challenging time.

All proceeds generated directly contribute to their rehabilitation and help them bounce back stronger, enabling their swift return to their respective businesses.

It’s back, fam!

💪🏾 🎶 Vibe to the sounds of hip hop music over the decades with Hip Hop Kettlebell, led by our Operations & Development Director Carmen! Experience a combo of strength and cardio exercises in an environment that’s both uplifting and grounding.

The more you know…

You can’t “police” everything and don’t want to live in fear, however knowledge is power and you then can choose what to do with the information.

Sadly, again, Black children had the greatest amount of toxic chemicals in their system in this study. 😔🙏🏽

A new study links the recent use of hair oils, lotions and other personal care products with higher levels of phthalates in children. The hormone-disrupting chemicals are a health concern for kids.
