Merry Christmas, Rebels families! ๐๐
Hereโs to the family who showed up on the sidelines of our young athletesโ games this year.
No, not just the parents and siblings.
But the grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, neighbors, teachers and friends who showed up for them, too.
The ones who left their own to-do lists at home just for that moment your athlete spotted them on the sideline.
The ones who sometimes cheered louder than everyone else because they knew how much the game meant to the kid they were there to watch.
The ones who wore the team swag because itโs just as much their team, too.
The ones who could have been doing a million other things with their day, but they were on the sidelines cheering on our kids as they do what they love.
And the ones we know were there in spirit from afarโฆ and from above.
To those ones.
Thank you for showing up.
Thereโs a kid out there who appreciates your effort.
And I do, too.
