Our longest road trip (5 days & 800 miles) starts this morning. 😅

The team arrives and drives 7+ hours up to Wisconsin Rapids, WI for a 2-game series.

Then they drive 3 hours south to Rockford, IL for a 4-game series (3 days & a double-header on June 18).

Finally the team will drive almost 5 hours back to Kalamazoo to make it home for a 4-game series (Color for a Cure Night this Saturday).

Our team will drive over 5,000 miles to play 36 road games and get back to Kalamazoo this summer.

Playing 72 games in 76 days and living life on the road is as close as college athletes can get to mirroring Minor League Baseball. 🙌

Family Fun Day Sunday! 🙌 Kids and families love our Sunday day games because of the postgame autographs.

Families and kids line up the first baseline concourse area and then enter the field for autographs by every Growlers player and coach.

Kids bring their hats, foam fingers, mini-bats and anything else they can get signed.

The team sticks around until the very end of the line to make sure every kid gets to go home with something autographed by the entire team ☺️

The Kalamazoo Jr. Growlers are excited to announce tryout dates for our 2026-2027 8u-13u teams!

All players interested in being part of the Jr. Growlers program must register and attend tryouts, including current Jr. Growlers players. (Current players, please check your email! 😀)

Noah Slaughter came in last place in his Fantasy Football League and his punishment was to sing the National Anthem at our game today 😂

His friends allowed him to read the lyrics from his phone out of respect for the anthem.

His friends & league-mates bought tickets and are standing about 20 feet to his right cheering him on.

They got him a bright neon vest that says 'Please Be Patient, I suck @ Fantasy Football'

Noah says that he only lost because he missed the draft and it 'auto-drafted' his team 😂

Cheers to Noah for being a good sport and singing the National Anthem 🇺🇸

What a moment ❤️ Local couple, Alex & Rachel renewed their vows as husband and wife at the Growlers game 🙌

They've been married for 6 years but they couldn't afford a wedding reception.

So we invited them out to have a special day with 3,000+ fans cheering them on.

Over 100 local couples submitted why they should be selected for the pre-game ceremony last Spring when Swiftie Night: Wedding Edition was announced.

FOX 17's Andy Curtis officiated the ceremony and led their family & friends through a beautiful moment ❤️

Congratulations to Alex & Rachel and their continued love story 🙌

2:19PM UPDATE: The tarp is off the field and play is expected to start at 4:05pm. Gates are scheduled to open at 3:05pm....

2:19PM UPDATE: The tarp is off the field and play is expected to start at 4:05pm. Gates are scheduled to open at 3:05pm.

12:23PM UPDATE: First pitch has been moved to 4:05pm. Gates will now open at 3:05pm.

WEATHER UPDATE: First pitch is being rescheduled for 3:05pm with postgame autographs to follow 🙂 Gates will now open at 2:05pm.

Our team is actively monitoring the radar and it looks to be clearing up around 1pm.

We currently have the tarp on the field and will pull it off when the time is appropriate.

The playing surface will need some time to drain and for our team to tend to it before players can start to warm up. 🙂

Other than starting late, all of our team's operations will take place as normal.

The best thing to do is to monitor this post for the most frequent updates.

This post is updated within 60 seconds of the Admin Team's decisions about the game, weather, etc.

We can't control the weather but we try our best to be transparent and open with fans. What questions do you have? 🙂

It's Family Fun Day Sunday! 🙌 Kids and families love our Sunday day games because of the postgame autographs.

It takes our staff about 10-ish minutes following the final out of the game to get tables and chairs set up on the field.

Families and kids line up the first baseline concourse area and then enter the field for autographs by every Growlers player and coach 🙌

Nearly 3,500 fans attended Swiftie Night: Wedding Edition + a Postgame Drone Show 🙌

We made some changes to tonight's show - mainly commentary during the show.

Alex The Firebreather (on-field host) was able to narrate the images and explain the 'why' behind the images 🙂

Fans cheered & kids yelled guesses of the next image while 200 drones flew around the sky to synced music. Should we do these again next year?! Give us some feedback in the comments 🙌
