The method or style of kung fu we teach is Hung-Sing-Fist 洪勝拳, and is referred to as Hung-Sing 鴻勝 Choy-Lee-Fut 蔡李佛. Our school motto, "Always have fun learning!"

Learn Chinese Martial Arts, Kung-Fu and Tai-Chi-Chuan. Get all the health benefits and self-motivation from the ancient Chinese

martial arts. What we teach is Hung-Sing Choy-Lee-Fut 鴻勝蔡李佛 and Northern Praying Mantis 北螳螂拳 Kung Fu 功夫. We also teach Yang style Tai-Chi-Chuan 楊氏太極拳.
