A Sacred Gathering 🤍

Two hours unplugged. No phones. No noise. No agenda but stillness.

We begin with a ceremonial cacao to soften the heart and gather us into the space. From there, three meditations woven together to guide you from the busy mind into something deeper.

🌹 Japa Mala Meditation
After a short lecture explaining the practice, you’ll receive your own mala beads — yours to keep — and a personal mantra to repeat 108 times. The physical rhythm of the beads and the repetition of the mantra quiet the surface mind and anchor you in presence.

🌑 Silent Meditation
A short dharma talk on the lineage of silent practice, then we drop into stillness together. No instruction needed — just breath, body, and the quiet beneath everything.

🌙 Yoga Nidra with Sound Bath
The deepest rest you may ever experience awake. Reclined, supported, bathed in the resonance of singing bowls. A guided journey into the threshold between sleeping and waking, where the nervous system fully restores.

You’ll leave with your own mala, a mantra that’s yours, and the rare gift of two hours soaking in stillness.

For every level — whether you’ve never meditated or you’ve sat for years. All you need is a willingness to unplug.
