2 months post hip replacement. No better way to test it out. Hero WOD in the CrossFit community “CHAD” 1000 20” box step ups. A little assistance with the step up on the replacement side. Got it in. 😊🙏🏾💪🏾

Uphill Battle 2023. Biggest group of athletes we’ve ever had represent and put their heart and souls into an event! Great job everyone for such amazing teamwork and “leaving it all on the field”. Thank you for this community event!
