Reiki begins with you.

In this foundational Usui Reiki Level I workshop, Natalie Cowden of Wild West Herbals & Energetics invites you into a heart-centered exploration of universal life force energy — not through rigid rules or memorized techniques, but as a living practice of intuition, self-trust, and personal empowerment.

You’ll receive your sacred Level I attunement while learning practical tools for self-Reiki, grounding, energetic protection and boundaries, nervous system support, and working with your own intuitive gifts. Through hands-on practice, you’ll also learn how to hold space and offer Reiki to others with confidence and care.

And while you’ll receive the foundational training to conduct a Reiki session, you do not need to aspire to become a practitioner. This work can be a gift simply for you — something you carry into your own self-care, your home, and the way you support your children, loved ones, and even your pets.

Come curious. Come open. No prior experience is needed.

We’re kicking off our September Wellness Challenge at The Yoga Nest: a month of movement, mindfulness, connection, and feel-good habits, with a few prizes along the way.

Pick up your challenge card at the studio and start checking off prompts throughout the month. There’s a little bit of everything, from getting on your mat to slowing down, unplugging, connecting, and taking a little extra care of yourself.
