10AM TOMORROW is the DEADLINE

Fishermen will put empty jugs offshore with large hooks dangling. Sharks will get caught and sometimes rip the lines off the jugs meaning they forever have large hooks through their mouths and sometimes eyes.

Please provide testimony to stop this barbaric fishing practice. IT TAKES 2 MINUTES
