The other day I over heard one of the boys tell his dad as they were leaving that he didn’t wanna leave. And that he could sleep here, wake up, train, and how much fun it was..

It was the highlight of my day. Providing an environment where these student athletes always want to be at was always a top priority of mine. Both here at and when I was coaching in the weight room up at Kealakehe.

We’re coming up on 1 year in business and I can’t express enough how blessed we are. Our athletes and their families are the best! Much love to everyone who had a hand in helping us provide this experience 🤙
