A little hometown pride from Singapore. 💜
Hawaiian Canoe Club was proud to have so many of our own paddlers representing Hawaiʻi at the 2026 IVF World Sprint Championships, but we were even prouder to look around and see so many familiar faces from across our islands there with us.
At home, we may paddle for different clubs. We race against each other, cheer for our own colors, and spend our summers battling it out on the same regatta course. But more than 6,000 miles from home, we all wore HAWAIʻI across our backs.
From our keiki to our kūpuna, first-time World Sprint paddlers to longtime competitors, Hawai’i was well represented—racing, cheering, helping one another, making new friends, and sharing plenty aloha along the way.
These are only a few of the faces and moments we’re sharing. 💜
