My knuckleheads today .115 . For some odd reason they all wanted to go shirtless lol. Working on their quick one dribble pull-up jumpers and then counter combos. I wish I had someone to teach me hesitation step backs in 6th grade 😎. Solid work today boys

My first official session with Jordyn. I've been watching her play for awhile now (even before I started No Ka 'Oi) and I'm a huge fan. Its time to put in work now that we got her on an individual training program. We're working on her ball handling, quickness, and overall aggression. Great work today Jordyn and I'm looking forward to our next session

Tjay improving tremendously with every session we have together. I'm very impressed with the way he's developing so quickly. I can tell he's working on all the things we cover in training on his own time. Worked on ball handling and getting lower on all his attacks. Keep grinding young fella!!!

Less than 24 hours after our epic semi-final battle team young money guard helps out South Side Finest guard Steel with shooting drills. Trying to get him totally comfortable with his current shot before changing stuff up dramatically. Also worked on closing out on defense and runners down the lane. Good work today buddy
