Man, you’re the hardest working guy in the room. You’re humble, caring, honorable—and every single day you make it a point to greet everyone before you even start your workout.

To train alongside you is an honor. To call you part of our gym family is a privilege. We’re so proud to be your home gym and to always be in your corner.

Not only that—you competed year after year at the CrossFit games.
This is your 7th Games appearance and this year you finished 5th in 60-64 age group!! Absolute inspiration. 🌎💪

This deserved a permanent post! What an amazing way to end our Hump Day Wednesday!! Our first-ever class at was a tremendous success. 24 amazing ladies showed up to get their fitness in this evening and we couldn’t have been more stoked! Let’s do it again Friday ladies!! Mahalo for making fitness accessible to these mana wahine! To my partners, and I wouldn’t wanna be in this next chapter of our fitness with anyone else.
