HYROX Station 7 - 100m Sandbag Lunges

Here’s how to properly complete the lunge station:
• 100m walking lunges total
• Knee must gently tap the ground each step
• Stand tall each rep with full hip extension at the top
• Sandbag stays on the shoulders the entire time (no dropping or shifting off)

🔥 Key focus: control over speed. Stay steady, stay upright, and keep your core locked in the whole time.

This station will test your legs AND your mental toughness!! 💪🏼
