I have had commercial operators threaten me with bodily harm for launching my airboat at Garcia's, Blue Cypress Lake, and Sawgrass Recreation area, all public FWC ramps. In addition, at Sawgrass, the Broward County concession operator locks gates to the ramps, even while you are out at night and your truck/trailer is parked legally. You cannot load your boat to go home after frogging, fishing or hunting. These people act like they own the ramps and the public lands and waters accessed by the ramps. This has to stop.
