What inspired us to post is news that there are plans to turn JD, an amazing state park many of us enjoy riding and exploring nature in, into golf courses. If that strikes you as an awful idea, there's a petition you can sign to share your opposition. The link:

Greetings, Revolutionaries. It’s been a while, and we hope on this Independence Day you all are healthy, happy, and enjoying friends, family & your fitness journey. For our family, that adventure embarks on a new road today for Michelle Manrique. She has worked hard over the last six months to get certified as a Hot Yoga teacher, and this morning is leading her first class at At Zero Yoga Institute, a beautiful new studio in Palm Beach Gardens.

Whatever roads you’re traveling, take care and savor the good stuff. ✌🏽 🇺🇸 ❤️ 😅

One year ago today we held our final class at Revolutions (and WOW what a year it’s been, am I right?)

So, we finally came in to our old studio space on Toney Penna - now the brand new bar/lounge area of a completely and beautifully renovated Angelos Pizza - and had a quick, socially-distanced toast (maybe two) to YOU, our former riders, and the memories we made here. 🥂🙂

We are well, and we hope you are too, staying safe and hopefully riding strong. 💪🚴‍♀️

Please join us (Michelle and John) THIS Friday Sept 13th for an indoor cycling fundraiser for the Bahamas at Loggerhead Fitness in Juno Beach.

We are splitting the 6:30 pm time slot, and hope to enjoy a little happy hour afterwards.
