A simple muscle strain!
This patient came with acute history of ttraffic accident. He has a small muscle strain , and can't able to lift his arm upwards. After wandering in between quacks, he worsens his condition.
Alhmdolillah, now he's on the right path 9f recovery.!

This working lady came with a complain of swelling around her knee. Pain was hindering her all daily activities. Using cold therapy and some simple, she improved within a week.

This case just came with the classic signs of nerve root irritation. Impaired gate along with sharp shooting pain in right leg
I always say that this is only the patient who can help himself, we only can give directions. This patient just only focused the guidlines, and improved before we complete our plan of care. Alhmdolillah!!

Road traffic accident
This was a case of RTA which leads to cranioplasty of this patient. Almost 6 month ago, this patient came with almost 10 percent strength in his lower limb. He was on wheel chair when he approached me.
By the grace of Allah, now he can do all his self care by him self, and can walk on his feets!!!!
ٹریفک روڈ حادثہ
یہ آر ٹی اے کا معاملہ تھا جو اس مریض کی کرینیو پلسٹی کی طرف جاتا ہے۔ تقریبا 6 ماہ قبل ، اس مریض کے نچلے اعضاء میں تقریبا 10 فیصد طاقت کے ساتھ آیا تھا. جب وہ مجھ سے رابطہ کیا تو وہیل چیئر پر تھا۔
اللہ کے فضل و کرم سے ، اب وہ اپنی تمام تر نگہداشت خود ہی کرسکتا ہے ، اور اپنے پیروں پر چل سکتا ہے!!!!!
