We’re proud to partner with Raven Homeschool to bring quality Jiu Jitsu to more families in our community.

We believe every child deserves the opportunity to build confidence, learn practical self-defense, stay active, and be part of a supportive team.

If your student is enrolled through Raven, they may be able to use their ILP funds for Jiu Jitsu classes! 🌊

We’re incredibly grateful to local Juneau artist Constance Baltuck for creating this beautiful custom piece for Flow State. Every time we step onto the mats, we’ll be reminded that both jiu-jitsu and yoga are practices of presence, growth, and flow.

Thank you for sharing your talent with our community and we can’t wait for everyone that walks through our doors to experience it! 🌊
