This weekend, we’re so excited to welcome back beloved facilitator, Corlé LaForce as she hosts two workshops that dive deep into movement, expression, connection, and care!
More about Corlé:
Corlé is a somatic psychotherapist whose work centers on the deep intelligence of the body, especially where trauma, grief, and growth live beneath the surface. Her offerings weave together self-exploration, ancestral connection, ritual, and spirituality in a way that feels both grounded and expansive.
This weekend, she’s offering two unique experiences alongside fellow teacher Casey Tait. Here is what is going on:
Ecstatic Dance With Corlé & Casey
✨ Friday, April 24th at 7:00 PM at our Auke Bay studio
Come as you are. Move how you feel.
We’ll gather in the warmth of the studio and be gently guided into an experience that unfolds through sound and sensation. The music will start soft and ambient, gradually building into something energizing and alive, inviting your body to respond in whatever way feels natural. There is no choreography, no expectation, no performance. Just you, your body, and the freedom to explore movement in a way that feels honest. There is no wrong way to move!
Community Grief Ritual with Corlé
✨Sunday, April 26th from 3:00–6:00 PM at our downtown studio
This offering is something deeply needed, and rarely given space in our everyday lives. Grief is not something to fix or rush through. It’s something to be tended to. And when we do that in community, something powerful happens. This ritual is a sacred container where we can gently turn toward the sorrows we carry, both personal and collective. You are not alone, your experience matters and there is space for all of it here.
This experience is donation based.
If you’ve been craving connection, a reset, a way to move what’s been stuck, or simply something different this weekend, this is your invitation. Come move stuck energy through somatic expression.
We would love to share this space with you!
