🌿🛠️ Volunteer Work Day Reminder! 🛠️🌿

Join us this Thursday, September 17th at 8:30 AM for a volunteer work day at Nitschke Mounds County Park!

We'll be focusing on removing small buckthorn to help keep this beautiful natural area healthy and thriving. If you have a pair of loppers or hand pruners, feel free to bring them along. Don't have any? No worries, we'll have extras available.

🌱 What to bring: ✅ Work gloves
✅ Water bottle
✅ Loppers or hand pruners (optional)
✅ A willingness to help make a difference!

☁️ Current forecasts show about a 40% chance of rain, so please keep an eye on this page for any weather-related updates.

🔨 Celebrating Skills from the Past

⚒️ One of the things that makes FallFest special is the opportunity to see traditional crafts and demonstrations up close.

From blacksmithing 🔥 and rope making 🪢 to vintage engines 🚜 and historic farm equipment, these displays help preserve stories and skills that helped shape our community.

What's better than a crisp fall morning?

How about an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast before a day of FallFest fun! The breakfast runs from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM and is a great way to start your visit. Adults are $12, children ages 5-11 are $6, and children 4 and under eat free.

Then hop on a wagon ride and explore everything FallFest has to offer!

🍁 Fall is almost here, and so is one of Dodge County's favorite traditions!

Join us for the 20th Annual FallFest at Harnischfeger Park on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 8 AM to 4 PM. Enjoy wagon rides, antique farm equipment, live demonstrations, family activities, music, and more throughout the beautiful 132-acre park. Admission and parking are FREE!
