I spotted this guy on the far ridge and thought I’d sneak in there to get a better look, as I got close enough to get a good look he didn’t seem to be very concerned about me. As he stood there and looked at me I called my son and told him to bring his saddle because I have a new project for him..

I had to travel a ways out of my element to find a lion but it paid off. Had a great time with the crew in some warmer weather!

Smart ol gal my dogs managed to put up today, through lots of elk tracks and old hound dog tracks, ledges and tough south slopes. When I got to the tree I could not find a lion in there. I really had to look and find the right angle but sure enough!! Couldn’t be happier with this team I have right now! Look close in the video. West Outfitters
